Keiser's shipping staff works diligently to ensure that your order is processed and shipped accurately and efficiently. It is vital that you complete and return your Delivery Questionnaire as soon as possible (found in your quote package, as well as on-line). This simple questionnaire provides us with important information necessary for delivery of your order. We want to make sure that your experience with Keiser, from initial quote to the final shipment runs smoothly.

What options are available for shipping?
Courier (i.e. Fed Ex, DHL, UPS) - up to 150 lbs. LTL - includes lift gate and inside delivery. LTL Plus - includes lift gate, inside delivery to final installation location, de-crating and debris removal.
When will my order arrive?
Orders should arrive within 10 business days after the date it is shipped.
What if I don't receive my order?
Contact your Keiser Sales Representative. He or she can trace your order from manufacturing through shipping and keep you informed of any unforeseen problems that may have delayed your order.
How do I locate my Keiser Sales Representative?
Just click on the Contact button found on the top of every Keiser web page. Choose your region and your Keiser Sales Rep's info will be displayed.
My new facility is experiencing construction delays and I need delivery of my order delayed. What do I do?
CONTACT YOUR SALES REP IMMEDIATELY. We will do everything we can to accommodate your delivery requirements, but it is essential we know as soon as possible.
Will I be notified prior to delivery of my order?
All of our shippers attempt to notify of delivery approximately 24 hrs prior to actual delivery. If you require a direct phone notification, a small service charge will apply.
Where are Keiser products shipped from?
Our equipment is manufactured and shipped from our Fresno, CA facility.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
PLEASE NOTE ANY DEFECTS/DAMAGES ON THE BILL OF LADING BEFORE YOU SIGN IT. Then contact your Keiser Sales Representative immediately so we can assist you with the situation.
Can I track my order?
If your order shipped via courier, then your order can be tracked via the courier's website. Contact your Keiser Sales Representative to obtain the courier company used as well as your unique tracking number. If your order shipped via any of the LTL services, contact your Keiser Sales Representative and they can track the order for you. On-line tracking for these carriers is not available at this time.
Does Keiser ship internationally?
Yes! Keiser has several overseas distributors that will assist you with your overseas equipment needs. Just select your Continent and Country after clicking contact at the top of the page. This form contains contact info for all of our International and National Distributors.
