Returns and refunds

STRENGTH AND COMMERCIAL CARDIO RETURNS & REFUNDS

Equipment must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund. Use the original box or a sturdy substitute to ship items, if unavailable please contact your sales rep for instructions on how to best proceed with the return. After receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued less the cost of return freight and a 15% restocking fee.

Customer must contact Keiser directly to arrange for return and refund. Return of equipment will only be accepted by Keiser with prior written authorization and a Return Authorization Number please call Customer Service (800) 888-7009, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST, or e-mail us via our contact center to obtain one.

RESIDENTIAL CARDIO CANCELLATIONS & RE-SHIPMENTS

Cancellations of shipped orders for any reason will incur a return freight fee.

Re-shipment of an order will incur a re-shipment fee, except where the re-shipment of the order is the result of a Keiser error. 

  • M3i, M3, M3i TBT - $245 Return freight/Re-Shipment fee.
  • M5i, M5, M7i WC, M7i TBR - Variable cost based on location and shipping method.

RESIDENTIAL CARDIO RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Contact Keiser at 1-800-888-7009 or orders@keiser.com to return your order. 

You will need to repackage your order for pickup. Use the original packaging materials if possible. If the original packaging materials are unavailable, you will need to send Keiser the dimensions and weight of the new package.

Keiser will issue a call tag for your order and will notify you of the pick-up date. Someone over the age of 18 will need to be available on the day of pickup.

When your order is returned to Keiser, you will be issued a refund less the cost of return freight.

  • Boxed M3i, M3, M3i TBT - $245 Return freight.
  • Boxed M5i, M5, M7i WC, M7i TBR - Variable cost based on location and shipping method.

    During the return process, we will explore as many options as possible to get your order picked up to make the process as simple and cost-effective as possible. This may result in reduced return freight but is not a guarantee.
    • RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY RETURNS AND REFUNDS

      You can return any accessory you have purchased in the first 30 days after receipt. You can mail the accessories back to Keiser at the address below:

      Once received, you will be issued a full refund for the returned accessories.
