Customer Pick Up Requirements


1. At least 24 hours prior to pickup, contact the Keiser Shipping department at 559-256-8013 or email at shippinginfo@keiser.com with the Sales Order Number you are picking up. We can then provide you with detailed information about the load, such as earlier pick up times.

2. If you are going to use your own Bill of Lading, please fax or email a copy to the Keiser Shipping department at 559-256-8113 or shippinginfo@keiser.com a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

3. Make sure that the driver has the Sales Order Number. Equipment will not be released without proper documentation.

4. After completing steps 1-3, you may pick up your equipment between the hours of 12:00pm-2:30pm PDT only, unless otherwise specified by Keiser Shipping.
